Privacy Policy

CrownReady ("we," "us") makes a mobile app that helps pageant contestants plan and practice. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email privacy@crownready.app.
What we collect
- Account information. Email address and a display name, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
- Competition profile. The system, division, competition date and weekly availability you enter, used to build your plan.
- Practice history. Which sessions you completed, rescheduled or skipped, and any notes you type. Used to show your progress and adjust your plan.
- Purchases. Your purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation of what you bought and when, not your payment details.
- Device and usage data. Basic diagnostics such as app version, device type and crash reports, used to keep the app working.
Recordings
Recording is optional. If you choose to record a practice attempt, we will explain where it is stored, whether it leaves your device, and how to delete it before the recording begins.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not show advertising. We do not score appearance, body or likelihood of winning. We do not share your practice history with parents, coaches or directors unless you choose to share it.
Children and teens
CrownReady is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may purchase access for a teen; the parent receives purchase confirmation, not the teen's practice content. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Who we share with
Service providers that run the app on our behalf: [Supabase] for accounts and data storage, [RevenueCat] for purchase management, and [Sentry / PostHog] for diagnostics. Each is bound to use your data only to provide the service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can view and edit your profile in the app. You can delete your account and data from Settings or by emailing us; deletion completes within 30 days. You can turn off notifications in your device settings.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it after account deletion, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
